That August genuinely does not exist. Plan the consultation response around it or you will discover your counterparty is on a beach for five weeks. Second surprise: notaries. Everything corporate routes through one, in person, and booking them takes longer than you think.

The market design conversation in Spain borrows Nordic vocabulary but not Nordic assumptions. Do not reuse your Norwegian regulatory case wholesale; the DSO incentive structure is different enough to invert some of your arguments.
