The company said the funding supports support the pivotal study of ETX101 in infants and young children with SCN1A+ Dravet syndrome, an expansion study in children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, commercial scale-up of internal GMP manufacturing capabilities, and pipeline advancement, including ETX301 toward a 2027 IND submission for post-amputation neuroma pain.
