Privacy
What we hold, and why.
Written to be read, not to survive a lawsuit. Questions or requests: info@afterraise.com.
What the site does today
AfterRaise publishes company intelligence compiled from public funding announcements. Reading it requires no account and no cookies. Forms you choose to submit (waitlists, offers to help, submissions, answers) collect what the form shows, are stored on our infrastructure, and are used only to operate that feature and reply to you. We never publish personal contact details and never sell personal data.
Measurement
Two tiers, honestly separated. Essential: a first-party, anonymous event beacon (no cookies, no cross-site anything) that tells us which features are used. Optional: PostHog product analytics, including session replay with all inputs masked, which runs only after you accept it on the consent notice and can be changed any time in Settings. If you decline, nothing optional loads.
Accounts, when you create one
Authentication and account data are held with Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU-hostable, row-level security). Your profile, follows and saved items belong to your user id and are readable only by you. Offers to help are visible only to you and the receiving company. Analytics identity uses an internal id, never your email address.
Providers
Retention and deletion
Form submissions are kept while the feature needs them and deleted on request. Account deletion removes private profile data; contributions a company has acted on are anonymised rather than silently unwritten. Ask and we act: info@afterraise.com.
Company information
Facts about companies come from public announcements and every figure links to its source. Corrections and removal requests are honoured promptly, and a company can claim its room to control its own record.
